Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of the online invoice of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
To complete your return, we require an original online invoice and receipt or proof of purchase that is shipped with the product. Products can only be exchanged or returned by post. Please use suitable satchel or carton when posting your returns, as we cannot process any returns that are damaged in the post.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a standard processing times.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to replace a faulty item for the same item, send us an email with a detailed description of the fault as well as photographic evidence. Send your item back to us by post.
Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will make full assessment of the product and notify you of our assessment. All faulty returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you qualify for a replacement, you will be notified by email and a replacement product will be shipped to the address provided by you within the standard processing times.
If you require an exchange of an item due to change of mind, incorrect sizing or receival of incorrect item, please notify us by email and return the item within 30 days of purchase as indicated above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
